The S8510 and S8511 Series Pinch Solenoid Valves are 2/2-way solenoid valves. S8510 is normally closed and direct-acting; S8511 is normally open and pilot-operated.

S8510 and S8511 pinch solenoid valves are used in dialysis machines, pharmaceutical industry, medical laboratories, food industry, blood transfusion units, or lines carrying hygienic and medical fluids.

It is recommended to use solenoid valves with a filter. If the fluid contains particles such as sand or dirt, these particles may block the valve and prevent it from operating. Therefore, it is advised to install a filter at the valve inlet. This will also extend the lifespan of the valve.
